Mike joined MCR in 2001 and is a manager in the London office of MCR Business Consulting and MCR Tax Arrears Solutions.
He has developed a specialisation in providing hands on assistance for both lenders and directors when faced with the need to create and implement strategic financial planning. This includes cash flow management and tax arrears solutions.
Mike works closely with the MCR partner team and has completed a significant number of Independent Business Reviews across a wide range of business sectors including retail, manufacturing, recruitment and media.
In particular, Mike has developed a strong insight and understanding of the requirements of all stakeholders in situations involving tax arrears.
With a proactive approach, Mike quickly understands the key issues and identifies appropriate solutions for each new scenario as well as appreciating the necessity to establish and maintain strong relationships with directors. This was particularly developed during a six month secondment as a Relationship Manager that Mike completed at a leading Asset Based Lending institution in 2007.
Mike is a qualified accountant.
